Michelle - Area Manager
My name is Michelle. I have over 20 years experience in Early Years,
qualified with an Early Years Degree. I worked for 14 years with one of
the largest childcare companies in the uk, working up throughout the
ranks managing several nurseries. I joined forces with Nursery Owner
Steve back in 2010 to open the doors of Little Faces.
Looking back, Little Faces has not only grown to be a well known and
successful nursery we have opened the doors to another site. Taking on
the role of Area Manager I support both sites ensuring the version of
Little Faces is continued to ensure our Little Faces have the best
quality experience.
Wendy - Nursery Manager
My name is Wendy I am the Nursery Manager of Little Faces Nursery Hazel
Grove.I am the proud mum to three grown up children, and have over 30
yrs. experience in childcare, gaining my BA in Early Childhood studies
in September 2013 and going on to complete Early Years Professional
Status in December 2013.
I am passionate about early years and providing quality care in an
environment rich in learning experiences. I have a hands on approach
and spend time in the rooms each day, I take pride in being part of
children’s development and watching them grow from babies to confident
Pre-schoolers.
Lucy - Deputy Manager
My name is Lucy, I am married with 3 children. I gained the NNEB (Level
3), in 1997. I joined Little Faces 8 years ago with over 20 years
experience working with children. I have worked in Pre-school as the
room leader. Then 2 years ago offered the brilliant opportunity to
become the Nurseries Deputy. Within my role I enjoy spending time
supporting all age groups ensuring the staff team are delivering
quality childcare.
