Our Curriculum

Little Faces Nursery operates within the EYFS framework. Each room offers a range of continuous provision allowing children to explore and develop their experiences and learning skills at their own pace. There are opportunities for key group time and individual self selected activities promoting social interaction and self confidence.

Little Faces Nursery have designed unique room layouts and furniture to provide an enabled environment that suits the particular needs of each child.

As soon as your child begins at Little Faces their learning Journey will commence. Little Faces uses an online system to log, track and asses children’s learning. It enables parents to have consent access and interaction to their children learning progress.

Our Menus

Our seasonal menus run on a two weekly rota providing a varied diet and lots of new food each week. The menus have been carefully created to meet nutritional guidelines for young children. Children are introduced to fresh fruit and vegetables daily which are locally sourced

We will also provide a range of freshly prepared purees for babies that are weaning, starting with vegetables and adding white meat and fish when parents wish. When ready, the babies can move on to pureed or lumpier versions of the main menu.

Staff are available to discuss your child’s needs when you feel your child is ready for the next stage of weaning.
